1. When will my order ship?

Please allow 5-10 days processing. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days (for U.S. customers) and 7-10 businesses for Canada. We are not responsible for shipping delays once USPS has possession of the package.

2. How can I track my package?

You will received a confirmation email along with the tracking number once your box has been shipped.

3.  How do I change my shipping address?

Log in to your profile to make any changes on your account. 

4. My package arrived damaged. 

Product quality and safety is our priority and we will replace any product that is defective, or damaged in transit at no cost. Simply Contact Us and include a picture of the damages item.

   5. Can I return an item?


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. We are here to accommodate any discrepencies with your order.
